The Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) Foundation’s Delivering Hope programme was initiated in 2002 to respond to the high rates of hepatitis in the Asia-Pacific region. Delivering Hope seeks to increases hepatitis awareness in at risk communities. In China, the BMS Foundation through Delivering Hope projects have impacted millions, including many at-risk populations like women, primary and college students, and hospital and migrant workers.
Since 2009, the focus of the Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) Foundation has expanded to hepatitis C. To date, the Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) Foundation has donated 60 million RMB in China.
