治疗乙肝初治选药很关键

Summary:Academician Zhuang Hui from the Chinese Academy of Engineering said at the latest APASL that the first therapy choice is very important to chronic hepatitis B treatment. The treatment with "Double protection" is therefore a good choice for nucleoside na?ve patients due to its potent anti-virus efficacy and high genetic barrier. Data of clinical researches showed that long-term treatment with BARACLUDE? (entecavir) was associated with improved liver histology, including improvement in fibrosis, in chronic hepatitis B patients.

内容摘要：本届亚太肝病学会年会上，中国工程院院士、北京大学教授庄辉指出："初治时机对慢性乙肝治疗非常重要。乙肝患者应立足长远，重视初治，跳出对短期指标的过度关注，建立理性的远期目标。如用核苷类物治疗，最好从一开始就选择具有强效抑制病毒和高基因屏障'双重保护'的治疗方案，避免耐药困扰，长期有效抑制病毒复制。"临床试验数据显示，慢性乙肝患者长期接受博路定（恩替卡韦片）治疗，不仅可持续抑制乙肝病毒复制，还能显著减轻肝脏炎症，逆转肝纤维化
