降压达标可减免心血管病风险

Summary: Recently, the academic seminar of ISH was held first in Shanghai. 《2007 ESH/ESC》 recommended that one of the optimal plan of blood lowering is uniting the ACEI, for the reason that ACEI can protect target organ including heart、brain and kidney.
内容摘要：日前在国际高血压学会（ISH）巡回研讨会上海站上，瑞金医院终身教授、著名心血管专家戚文航强调，高血压不是单纯血压水平的升高，而是一个不断进展导致心血管系统结构及功能改变的综合征，有多种心血管危险因素参与其中。《2007欧洲高血压指南》推荐了多种降压药物不同的联合治疗方案，对心、脑、肾等靶器官有保护作用的药物成为降压“宠儿”，联合运用ACEI（血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂）就是其中优选的降压方案之一。
